Meet the Expiatory Temple of the Sacred Family, Antoni Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece in Barcelona.

Gaudí started building this temple in 1882 and it's still not finished, with a predicted completion date of 2026.

The Sacred Family is a blend of architectural styles, from Gothic to Art Nouveau, with organic forms and surreal details.

Gaudí worked tirelessly on this project, even living on the site for 15 years, and left behind enough designs for the naves and facade of the Nativity.

Despite being attacked by anarchists during the Spanish Civil War, the temple remains intact, and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
